A recent KFC recipes poll suggested that the most sought after KFC recipes are the KFC coleslaw recipe, KFC gravey recipe, and the KFC bisquit recipe. But no doubt the KFC recipes in greatest demand are the KFC original recipe for their world famous original recipe fried chicken, as well as crispy chicken and the increasingly popular popcorn chicken recipe.

The trick however to getting KFC recipes for chicken right, atleast in the case of KFC’s original recipe, is to cook the chicken in a pressure cooker rather than to simply deep fry it. If you’ve ever tried to cook KFC recipe style chicken at home and have had trouble getting it just right, this may be why. Realizing that pressure cooking is not for everyone I have included a recipe for KFC orginal recipe chicken as well as a recipe that is a close approximation of the KFC recipe that does not involve a pressure cooker.
