<p>Soak the chilies overnight in water until they become soft, and then remove the seeds.<br />
Add all the remaining ingredients except for the chicken in a food processor. Puree until smooth.<br />
Spread the mixture over the chicken and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour and as long as 24 hours.<br />
After marinating, heat the grill to about 400 degrees F, or if cooking on the stove top, heat a small amount of oil in skillet or grill pan over high a heat.<br />
Salt the meat to taste (optional), and grill lightly, turning onlyonce, until done. About 8 – 10 minutes per side for a ¾” thick steak.</p>
