Ron Douglas, who has made a small copycat recipe empire, taking apart restaurant recipes and putting them back together again, has created one of the best selling digital cookbooks in the world, let alone top secret recipe cookbooks, with his world renowned two volume America’s Most wanted Recipes – Secret Recipes for your favorite restaurant dishes.

With America’s Most Wanted Recipes you will discover the secret restaurant recipes for your favorite American chain restaurants, and learn how to make them yourself. These cookbooks will teach you the jealously guarded secrets behind actual dishes from billion dollar restaurants. These books are loaded with hundreds of top secret recipes such as Applebee’s recipes, The Cheesecake Factory recipes, KFC recipes (Kentucky Fried Chicken recipes), The Olive Garden recipes, PF Chang’s recipes, Red Lobster recipes, Hard Rock Café recipes, just to name a few. America’s Favorite recipes will show you just how easy it is to make these top secret restaurant recipes right in your own kitchen.

There are pros and cons to these books however. The pros are somewhat self evident. I have tried several of these recipes myself such as Applebee’s Bacon Scallion Mashed Potatoes recipe, the Boston Market Meatloaf recipe, as well as The Cheesecake Factory’s Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe ( a new Holiday favorite in my household I should add), and all of them have been delicious, in some regards even better than the real thing because I can tailor them ever so slightly to my taste buds. The only real con to speak of (which I have come to see as a pro) is that the books have been released as a digital downloads, which some people are unfamiliar with. As someone who is obsessed with trying to de-clutter my life, I find digital books to be fantastic. I love having all of my recipes in one place. Another pro with the digital format is that the absence of shipping and manufacturing costs allows the author to offer a surprisingly large number recipes as well as free bonuses.
